Summary: The overall purpose of the Sr Developer role is to develop, enhance, support and maintain all phases of the application life cycle. This role gives team members the opportunity to build solutions that solve problems, and work collaboratively within a team to design custom solutions that assist our various clients to achieve and exceed their goals. Roles and responsibilities:
- Professional programming experience within a custom software environment and comparable projects
- Work closely with Digital Project Managers to analyze requirements and recommend technical design and specifications
- Conceptualize and build software to solve complex problems and implement scalable software solutions
- Write clean and functional complex code following MVC or comparable framework
- Provide technical support for software applications as needed
- Proactively research and continuously seek to learn new technologies
- Debug code for existing programs based on immediate need and trouble shoot system bugs and issues
- Communicate effectively with all internal departments including, DPMs, BAs, QA testers, and clients. This includes both verbal and written communication
- Serve as a mentor to Jr. and Mid-level developers

Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 6+ Years Internet development industry experience
- Expert OOP (PHP preferred)
- Advanced SQL (MySQL preferred, should be able to work as DBA)

Purpose and Scope of Job:
Develop new business through sales in a specific geographic area and conduct training to demonstrate the value associated with our products with OEM’s, Distribution, Users, and Consultants.
